Dock To Door represents a group of manufacturers, distributors, and online retailers that needed a better way to drop ship LTL to their customers.
As a group we are able to negotiate much better rates with the LTL carriers than each of us can individually. This gives us the same buying power as the "Big Boys," and helps keep our freight costs down.
We offer very low LTL rates that are designed specifically for drop shipping.
But if you have better rates on some shipments, we can include them as an option for you as well. That way you get the best of our rates and the best of your rates all in one place.
We will take the headache out of interacting with the LTL carriers. We will dispute incorrect charges, file freight claims, help when there are problems, and continuously renegotiate for better rates with carriers.
We have pricing contracts with many National and Regional LTL carriers that can pick up and deliver almost everywhere in the US and Canada. Most importantly, the more we ship as a group, the better discounts we can ALL get.
